Location:

Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing the strategy, programs, and tools that equip our sales teams with the knowledge, content, and resources necessary to achieve revenue goals. You will serve as a key cross-functional leader, bridging the gap between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive sales productivity, accelerate new business volumes, and reduce customer churn.

In particular, you will:

  • Content & Communications Management:

    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure sales content, messaging, and collateral are aligned with commercial strategy and brand guidelines.

    • Own and maintain the central Sales Enablement website/portal, ensuring all sales-facing information, tools, and resources are pertinent, current, and easily accessible.

  • Training & Development:

    • Partner with the Training department to design, develop, and deploy comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.

    • Create targeted, engaging micro-learning content (e.g., short videos, quick reference guides, interactive modules) on products, sales processes, and best practices.

  • Technology & Process Optimization:

    • Work directly with the Salesforce CRM team to govern and enhance the sales technology stack.

    • Implement strategies to ensure the right information, content, and next-best-action prompts are delivered to the seller within the CRM at the appropriate time to help move the sales needle.

    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify gaps and continuously refine enablement initiatives.

  • Strategy & Performance:

    • Develop and execute strategies and programs focused on increasing the volume of new business acquisition.

    • Implement enablement initiatives specifically designed to improve customer retention and reduce churn.

    • Communicate with key stakeholders (internal and external), share program results, and provide timely updates on outstanding requests and projects.

    • Special or other duties as assigned.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, or a related commercial role.

  • Proven track record of designing and executing enablement programs that directly resulted in increased sales productivity and revenue.

  • Demonstrates exceptional influence, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational savvy.

  • Expert-level knowledge and demonstrated experience managing and optimizing a Sales Content Management System (CMS) or Sales Enablement Platform.

  • Deep functional experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is required.

  • Highly effective time management, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to sales audiences and executive stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to adapt to change and make strategic decisions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Outstanding work ethic; driven to meet critical deadlines by managing multiple complex projects and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Self-motivated with demonstrated energy, initiative, and drive for results.
