Informatics Analyst - Full time - Mercy Southeast/Mercy Stoddard

This position provides regular onsite/in-person support to Mercy Clinics Southeast (Cape Girardeau, MO) and Mercy Clinics Stoddard (Dexter, MO). Occasional out of town travel is required.

About the Role:

• *The Informatics' Analyst will split their time onsite and remote.*
• Provides institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care as it relates to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program.
• Evaluates and promotes new technologies with a focus on streamlining clinical documentation and assessment processes.
• Participates in the development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes.
• Provides at the elbow and other end user support for all end users of the EHR.

Qualification(s):

• Education: Associate's degree in healthcare field, specialized training or equivalent work experience with electronic health record.
• Experience: Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Preferred previous experience with Epic EHR. Preferred experience with data analytics, data management associated with systems evaluation, preferred experience in medical policy documentation, experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment. Experience with business applications.
