JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Review equipment movement records to identify, document, and manage rental damage through resolution.
  • Notify customers of damage findings, provide status updates, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the recovery process.
  • Coordinate with Service, Rental Operations, Shop, and Parts teams to ensure timely damage assessments, repairs, and cost estimates.
  • Investigate, negotiate, and resolve damage claims and disputes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Manage work orders, service calls, invoicing, and billing activities to support damage recovery and revenue collection.
  • Analyze damage trends, recovery results, and operational data to improve processes and maximize recovery performance.
  • Support business reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and customer service.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical, vocational, or industry-related training is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive customer service and service operations experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support, improving operational efficiency, and providing customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management, time management, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SIS, and other position related software.
