Senior Manager, Operations directs the operations of multiple departments or production units within Southwire manufacturing at a level three site, ensuring consistent performance, efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Manages cross-functional teams of professional staff and subordinate managers to achieve operational and financial goals aligned with business strategy. Develops and executes methods, systems, and procedures that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Provides expert leadership across multiple disciplines, balancing technical, business, and personnel priorities to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
