Job Description Summary

Position Objective

The primary objective of this role is to develop and maintain reporting solutions that allow pricing teams to focus on analyzing results, identifying opportunities, and driving business outcomes rather than gathering and preparing data. The Reporting Analyst will create scalable reporting frameworks, automate recurring reporting processes, and provide insights into pricing effectiveness, customer programs, rate achievement, adoption metrics, and business performance.

Position Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains SQL and Databricks solutions supporting reporting needs.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of relevant information systems and the interdependencies of each.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards supporting pricing initiatives.
  • Create automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility.
  • Ensure consistent reporting methodologies and definitions across pricing programs.
  • Document reporting logic, data sources, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with Pricing Specialists to understand reporting requirements.
  • Assists with troubleshooting discrepancies and/or data errors.
  • Support governance and standardization efforts across pricing reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2 - 3+ years of experience in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive pricing decisions.
  • Proficiency with MS SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, Access, and other MS Office products.
  • Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of customized reporting and visualization tools.
  • Process-oriented and ability to multitask and work within short timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to present data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. Base Pay Range: $64,790.00 - 89,086.80
