What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you may perform a variety of operational and customer service duties within airport parking facilities. Job assignments may include responsibilities commonly performed by Customer Service Representatives, Cashiers, License Plate Inventory Agents, and Lot Attendants.


Customer Service & Guest Assistance

  • Provide friendly, professional, and courteous assistance to customers.
  • Answer customer questions regarding parking products, rates, payment options, and facility locations.
  • Assist customers with ticket issues, payment concerns, lost tickets, and parking-related inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide directions and general airport parking information.
  • Promote a positive customer experience at all times.


Cashier Responsibilities

  • Process cash, credit card, mobile, and electronic transactions accurately.
  • Provide receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
  • Balance assigned cash drawer and follow established cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist customers with payment equipment and parking access systems.
  • Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
  • Maintain accuracy and accountability through all transactions.


License Plate Inventory (LPI) Responsibilities

  • Conduct license plate inventory activities throughout parking facilities.
  • Record vehicle and inventory information accurately using handheld devices or operational systems.
  • Verify vehicle information and parking activity as required.
  • Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
  • Identify and report irregularities or operational concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.


Lot Attendant Responsibilities

  • Monitor parking facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Assist customers entering and exiting parking facilities.
  • Patrol assigned areas and report maintenance, safety, or operational issues.
  • Support traffic flow during busy travel periods.
  • Perform basic facility inspections and report hazards.
  • Assist with signage placement and general facility appearance standards.


Operational Support

  • Support daily airport parking operations and special event activity.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
  • Follow airport, client, and company operational procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Report incidents, safety concerns, and operational issues promptly.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications
Required

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.


Preferred

  • Airport operations experience.
  • Parking operations experience.
  • Cash handling or cashiering experience.
  • Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, transportation, or service industries.
  • Experience working with handheld devices, point-of-sale systems, or parking technology.
