A Sr Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity for a REMOTE opportunity to support the East Coastwith Yoh. The Sr Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for developing new business and acquiring new accounts through researching prospects and building relationships with their key decision-makers.

The Sr Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager sells, researches and develops new account opportunities through their understanding of the current needs of the local market including future projects and growth projections, by utilizing tactical selling techniques. The Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager establishes relationships with new account prospects to succeed with acquiring their business, achieves and exceeds all key performance metrics.

• Maintains client relationships and identifies growth opportunities within current clients by thoroughly understanding the needs of the business through active communication with the client.
• Leading & Managing Recruiters - manages / collaborates with recruiters on recruiting techniques, key performance metrics, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions. Serves as the point of contact for recruiters with regards to client requisitions and informs them of the client needs.
• Documentation such as recording all sales activity in CRM.

• Excellent tactical skills, cold-calling capabilities, and a strong sales acumen
• Excellent Customer Service and communication (both oral and written) skills

• Ability to clearly and concisely convey technical, financial, and contractual information to all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, orally, via the written word and through presentations.
• Solid overall knowledge of the nuclear power industry
• Ability to juggle completing priorities in a fast pace environment
• Ability to supervise, mentor and coach BD Director and/or Manager to assist in growing assigned region and client base.

• Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience- preferably Science related
• A proven track record of sales or full-desk experience
• Five to eight years of experience in business development specific to life sciences, lab support, R&D, diagnostics, genetics, and bio-manufacturing workforce solutions
• Located in the East Coast - preference for Boston, Cambridge, NY City Tri-State (NJ/NY/Connecticut), or RTP (North Carolina) area

• Visual acuity (e.g., needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery
• Manual Dexterity (e.g., picking, pinching, typing, or other working that uses the fingers)
• Grasping (e.g., use of hand to apply pressure)
• Feeling (e.g., perceiving an object's size, shape, texture etc.)
• Capacity to think, concentrate and focus over long periods of time

In compliance with this states pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $70,888 - $106,320. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
