Position Summary:

Assists the Warehouse Supervisor with daily scheduling, task coordination, and workflow management for De-Containerization operations. Supports the direction and performance of material handlers, including task assignments, safety and security compliance, and escalation of performance concerns to management. Monitors daily operations while working alongside team members, prepares and reviews operational reports, and supports the training and onboarding of new associates by providing instruction and maintaining training documentation.

Your Shift:

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

  • Great attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and/or projects
  • Ability to promote safe behaviors in the warehouse
  • Solid reading skills to read/match orders on shipping tickets
  • Basic math and reasoning skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment


Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?



  • Operates material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
  • Assists supervisors with daily warehouse functions
  • Acts as a mentor to new associates
  • Maintains inventory records by completing logs
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area
  • Prepares and ships materials and/or finished goods
  • Works closely with leadership to expedite high priority orders and ensure accuracy
  • Receives, processes, and stocks inbound products in their appropriate location
  • Actively participates in quality improvement processes
  • Follows all safety regulations and procedures
  • Contributes to material handling and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results
  • Utilizes a computer to facilitate job duties and communications
  • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
  • Provides input to the manager regarding associate performance and safety concerns for corrective action
  • Participate in periodic housekeeping activities and actively contribute to improving operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring safety
  • Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Do YOU Meet These Requirements?



  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 1-3 years previous shipping/traffic and material handling experience is required
  • Education:

    • HS Diploma/GED is required


  • Physical:

    • Able to move/lift 50 lbs. unassisted
    • Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment and varying temperatures within shipping containers
    • Position spends 100% amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing
    • Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
