US Chemical Storage designs and manufacturers safe, compliant prefabricated chemical storage buildings customizable for applications in many industries. We provide best in class quality solutions for hazmat and chemical storage needs. US Chemical Storage is seeking a Detailer. The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting chemical storage building.

A detailer is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail. Work with little supervisor while following all health and safety standards is essential. The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting chemical storage buildings.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities



  • To accurately read blue prints and drawings.
  • Use hand tools required to perform the job but not limited to; hammers, drills, saws, screw guns, metal shears, utility knives.
  • Ability to wipe down and apply touch up paint as needed.
  • Install final building decals in proper placement.
  • Complete shrink wrap of product if needed per customer.
  • Work on ladders and roofs of building structure.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required



  • Have a great attitude and willing to grow with the company
  • Diligently follow safe work practices for yourself and team members at all times
  • Must be able to work in a flexible team environment with job rotation as needed
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of measurements using a tape measure.


Working Conditions



  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs to waist and over head
  • Ability to use ladders at least 10 feet off the ground.
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, stand and walk up to 10 hours per day.
  • Wear all required PPE including: steel toed shoes, hearing protection and safety glasses.
  • Good physical condition and endurance.
  • Ability to work in high heat conditions.
