Description
Summary: The Manager of Infor Services is responsible for overseeing the performance and operational success of Infor Services across the enterprise. This role leads a team that supports system optimization, end-user enablement, and the deployment of new functionality. The manager supports integrating Infor systems during new hospital acquisitions and managing go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with enterprise standards. Responsibilities:

- Ensure Infor applications meet business requirements and deliver reliable, consistent functionality by overseeing system performance, issue resolution, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Evaluate and optimize Infor solutions to enhance system utilization, efficiency, and business value across the enterprise.
- Establish and maintain best practices, process standardization, and alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance requirements, and system standards for all Infor-related processes and integrations.
- Assess and oversee upgrades, enhancements, and new system integrations to ensure compatibility, performance, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Provide recommendations to leadership on process improvements, new system capabilities, and optimization strategies that support organizational goals.
- Lead testing and validation activities by collaborating with analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout planning, and feedback sessions for new or enhanced functionality.
- Support hospital acquisitions and Infor Supply Chain go-lives, ensuring proper configuration, data readiness, system integration, and end-user readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and support the Infor Services team, including workload prioritization, resource planning, coaching, performance evaluations, and partnership with HR on corrective actions as needed.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training programs, end-user documentation, and support resources to improve system adoption and proficiency.
- Work effectively with technology teams, business stakeholders, leadership, end users, and external partners to ensure coordinated delivery of Infor Services.
- Make independent decisions regarding system configuration, deployment strategies, prioritization of enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of direct experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills required
