The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Sr. Application Analyst-Workday Financials.

The Sr. Application Analyst - Workday Financials serves as a technical and functional lead for the Workday Financial Management platform. The role is responsible for advanced configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and cross-functional support across core financial capabilities, with particular emphasis on General Ledger, the Chart of Accounts, the Foundation Data Model (FDM), worktags, financial hierarchies, and related business processes. This position will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, and implementation partners to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, support the Phase 2 implementation, and establish a sustainable operating model for ongoing enhancements, releases, controls, and production support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead design, delivery and support of complex Workday FIN solutions (e.g., business process frameworks, FDM, configurations, integrations, reporting, security)
  • Own large-scale enhancements, releases, and optimization initiatives
  • Act as escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, other business stakeholders and vendors to align system capabilities with business strategy
  • Define and uphold governance standards, configuration consistency, and documentation practices
  • Evaluate Workday releases, assess impacts, and recommend adoption strategies for new features.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
  • Evaluate new Workday features and influence platform roadmap

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of Workday financials experience, or the equivalent with another leading ERP system, with increasing responsibility.

  • Strategic thinking and system design
  • Deep functional + technical Workday expertise, or the equivalent with another leading ERP platform such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Governance and risk awareness
  • Workday certifications preferred (multiple domains)
  • Minimal travel required (0-10%)
