CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking two Project Managers to join our PMCM Team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will guide capital projects from planning through closeout, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional ready to strengthen their leadership capabilities while delivering organized, responsive, and high-quality project solutions.



What You'll Do:

    Lead capital projects from planning through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and proactively resolving project challenges
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies in collaboration with technical teams
  • Manage project financials, contracts, subcontractors, and key documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • Coordinate project resources and implement project controls, quality processes, and safety requirements
  • Support proposal development and help identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand project work


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or a related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensure
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience required, including at least 4 years of project management experience
  • Expert knowledge of project engineering and/or construction principles and schedules required
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and interpreting client contract requirements
  • Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and close out documentation required
  • Proven ability to manage project accounting processes (budgeting, forecasts, and cash management)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and/or Deltek Vision preferred
  • Ability to solve problems with urgency and independently drive initiatives from concept to completion while overseeing multiple projects
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and build relationships in a team environment with a primary focus on collaboration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt style for various audiences
  • Ability to travel as needed required
  • Consulting industry experience highly preferred
  • Professional licensure preferred

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $125,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
