CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineering Designer to join our Highway & Rail Team in Boston, MA; Burlington, MA; Norwell, MA; or Providence, RI. In this senior-level role, you will lead the design and production of complex transportation deliverables supporting urban and rural roadways, intersections, streetscapes, rail lines, and major capital improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor junior designers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, coordinated solutions that strengthen transportation networks and the communities they serve. What You'll Do:
Lead the research, preparation, and production of highway and rail design drawings using industry software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Salary Range: $48.00 - $58.00 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
