The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Project Analyst with an active Secret Clearance. Key Responsibilities: * Collect, analyze, and verify facility inventory data, including buildings, systems, and equipment.
* Review and validate project documentation (maintenance logs, as-built drawings, previous assessments).
* Support development and maintenance of project schedules and work breakdown structures.
* Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization to ensure timely completion.
* Prepare and update progress reports summarizing project status and accomplishments.
* Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTMs) for project tracking.
* Assist with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for project documentation.
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate data collection.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders and document meeting outcomes.
* Provide analytical support for project performance measurement and reporting.
Experience/Skills:
* Active Secret Clearance
* Minimum 7 years of experience in project analysis or support roles.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
* Experience in federal project management environments.
* Effective communication and documentation skills.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field required.
