The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Program Analyst with an active Secret Clearance. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze organizational processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
* Support strategic planning and program management initiatives for facility operations and O&M transitions.
* Collect, review, and interpret data related to program performance, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Prepare comprehensive program reports, briefings, and presentations for DHS leadership.
* Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices for program-level tracking.
* Conduct risk assessments and support the development of program risk management plans.
* Monitor compliance with federal regulations, DHS standards, and contract requirements.
* Track program milestones, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
* Facilitate program meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to completion.
* Provide analytical support for portfolio optimization, space utilization studies, and real estate strategy development.
Experience/ Skills:
* Active Secret Clearance
* Minimum 7 years of experience in program analysis or management support roles.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and program management tools.
* Experience in federal program management environments.
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field required.
* Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Management Consultant (CMC)) preferred. *Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications. *Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government. *Please note that telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
