Associate Program Manager (SCM)

Summary of Job Description:

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for supporting Program Management for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and company Initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and guidance for program success.This position supports and works with PMO management to ensure the SCM Program Management functions to support capability and processes, to facilitate management of multiple projects of varied scope.The Associate Program manager is key to fostering productive, cross-functional relationships. The Associate Program Manager develops project plans and validates project scope and deliverables for multiple projects to ensure successful orchestration and execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports and works with PMO management in the execution of multi-year strategic plans to align with overall SCM strategies to meet company objectives. Helps to lead the planning and organizing of all SCM initiatives and supports the successful execution of such initiatives.
• Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Helps identify dependencies between different projects in a program to support PMO leadership on monitoring and tracking program progress.
• Supports strategic relationship management with key stakeholders. Provides regular updates via meetings, reports, and digital communication to stakeholders and PMO management, ensuring relevant information is being shared in a timely manner and stakeholders are held accountable for project plan success.
• Proactively identifies, assesses, and communicates risks to safeguard the program's objectives. Collaborates with PMO management to develop, deploy or adjust mitigation plans to ensure project and program success.
• Ensures compliance with established standards through maintaining and measuring performance metrics, dashboards and management tools that clearly articulate the status of key activities, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure progress. Utilizes project management tools to streamline data collection and generates reports that offer insights into project and program performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Shares regular performance updates with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Assists PMO management in recruiting and selecting a high functioning team, as well as supports on-boarding activities.
• Utilizes company project management processes, systems and tools to optimize allocated resources, ensuring timely success of projects and programs.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum five years of project and program management and related experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
