What to Expect We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to support Tesla's Internship and Early Talent hiring efforts. This role will partner with recruiters and managers across different programs.Client management willexist betweenrecruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to coordinate high impact events. You will partner with the leadership to identifyhow we leverageand obtain resources for a next level program. Locations: Palo Alto, CA; Fremont, CA; Austin, TX What You'll Do Lead the coordination of infrastructure (communications, processes, and event logistics) for recruiting events Support recruiting funnel processes (trackers, training infrustructure, internship placements, and revamping sourcing methods) Utilizing AI tools to support data requests, presentations, newsletters, and other tasks that support Internships Recruiting Manage school accounts and external partner relationships through regular meetings, updating external partners on accounts What You'll Bring Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of Internships Recruiting, Program or Project Management experience Proven relationship and project management experience with internal and externalpartners A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion - balancing efficiency with quality A combination of university career services or corporate recruitingexperience is preferred
