Now Hiring: Senior Medical Affairs Specialist Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite) Pay Rate: Up to $87.00/Hour We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Affairs Specialist with a strong background in diabetes care, medical communications, clinical research, or medical device/pharmaceutical industries. In this role, you will support global medical affairs initiatives by developing scientific content, reviewing clinical materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping communicate the value of innovative healthcare technologies. Job Duties Develop and deliver scientific and medical responses to healthcare provider inquiries Review clinical and promotional materials for medical accuracy and regulatory compliance Analyze clinical evidence, research, and standards of care to support business and regulatory strategies Assist with evidence generation and clinical data dissemination initiatives Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams on global projects Support scientific conferences, presentations, and medical information activities Contribute to clinical summaries and regulatory submission materials Coordinate with external vendors and data management partners Maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations Mentor interns and support knowledge-sharing initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required Advanced degree or healthcare credential preferred (RN, PA, NP, PharmD, CDCES, etc.) 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences Experience interpreting and communicating clinical data Knowledge of diabetes therapies, medical devices, or healthcare technologies preferred Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills Familiarity with regulatory and healthcare compliance standards Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now Ready to bring your clinical expertise and scientific communication skills to an innovative healthcare environment?
