Summary/Objective The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations for a manufacturing environment, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, performance management support, training coordination, and HR projects. This role partners with production employees, supervisors, managers, and plant leadership to support a safe, compliant, and productive workplace. The Human Resources Generalist provides responsive service, helps ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices, and contributes to a positive employee experience in a fast-paced manufacturing operation. Physical Demands Office and manufacturing environment including moderate noise levels, production equipment areas, and required personal protective equipment where applicable. Frequent sitting, keyboard, mouse, and computer screen use for extended periods. Occasional standing, walking through production areas, and lifting of up to 15 pounds may be necessary. Percentage of Travel Required (If Applicable) Minimal travel required; approximately 1% or as needed. Required Education & Experience

What We Offer Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $70,000-$90,000 (good faith estimate). The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position. This position has the potential to be hybrid upon the completion of the initial training period.
