We are seeking a visionary and results-driven marketing professional to lead a critical regional program, spanning key markets across the Americas. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing cutting-edge direct response strategies, managing impactful campaigns, and ensuring flawless execution for product and campaign launches throughout the year. Your ability to extract game-changing insights from online signals and articulate compelling messages will be crucial in delivering an unparalleled customer experience and achieving ambitious business objectives. You will foster global collaboration, share vital insights, and shape the future trajectory of performance marketing within a globally aligned framework, making a tangible impact on the company's success.

What you'll do:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Build, manage, and optimize relationships with strategic partners, including publishers, content creators, and networks.
  • Identify and onboard high-performing partners to expand program reach and effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid media, brand marketing, and ecommerce, to align efforts with broader business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with partners.
  • Oversee tracking, reporting, and attribution to measure program effectiveness and ensure accurate partner payouts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a best-in-class performance marketing program.
  • Manage the program budget, ensuring cost-effective growth and scalability.


What you'll need:



  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of its core principles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, Commission Junction, Performance Horizon or similar.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.


Bonus points for:



  • Experience in retail, consumer-electronics, or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies as they relate to performance marketing.
