Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education)
Job Description About the Role This role will join the FIS GTM and Sales Enablement organization as a senior member of the Field Enablement and Activation team. Operating in a global capacity, the role will work across FIS solutions, regions and sales teams worldwide. The Senior Field Enablement Analyst will be accountable for solution-launch field enablement, field education and activation, translating GTM strategy and launch priorities into clear, consistent and actionable seller readiness programs. The role will serve as a primary interlock with Sales, Portfolio Leaders, GTM Readiness, and Product Marketing Managers for solution launches and program briefs. The successful candidate will capture accurate sales-enablement requirements, define the enablement strategy for each launch and ensure sales playbooks, learning experiences and activation deliverables are fully aligned to the sales strategy, target audience and readiness needs. This is a strategic and hands-on role for an experienced enablement professional who can set direction and execute. The successful candidate will establish a consistent field-enablement delivery framework while tailoring the approach to the complexity of the solution, sales motion, seller audience and launch-readiness requirements. The role requires confidence working with senior sales leaders and sales executives, strong facilitation skills, commercial judgement and the ability to turn complex source content into practical learning and activation for the field. Must be based in EST. What You Will Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end field enablement and activation strategy for assigned GTM solution launches, from intake and readiness assessment through launch, reinforcement and post-launch optimization.
- Act as the primary Field Enablement interlock with Sales, Portfolio Leaders, GTM Readiness and Product Marketing Managers, ensuring launch plans reflect sales priorities, field realities and seller-readiness needs.
- Capture, clarify and document accurate sales-enablement briefs, including target audiences, sales motions, seller competencies, launch milestones, required assets, training needs, reinforcement plans and measures of success.
- Assess the quality and completeness of program briefs and source materials, identify gaps in sales context or readiness, and work with stakeholders to resolve them before content development begins.
- Define and apply a consistent Field Enablement delivery framework across GTM launches, tailoring the deliverables and level of intervention to the sales strategy, launch tier, solution complexity and audience needs.
- Create and curate high-quality sales enablement content, including sales playbooks, Power Learning, e-learning, knowledge assessments, videos, AI-enabled learning, Digital Sales Rooms, role-play and reinforcement materials.
- Ensure sales playbooks move beyond product knowledge to explain how to sell, including market opportunity, ideal customer profile, buyer personas, value proposition, talk tracks, discovery and qualification, competitive messaging, objection handling, use cases, sales process and key contacts.
- Design and facilitate engaging live and virtual sales-training sessions, launch briefings, office hours and reinforcement activities for sellers, presales and sales leaders.
- Partner with senior sales leaders and sales champions to validate enablement strategy, content, talk tracks and readiness expectations, and communicate progress, dependencies, risks and decisions clearly.
- Drive field activation by connecting enablement deliverables to the seller workflow and ensuring the field knows what is available, why it matters and how to apply it in customer conversations.
- Establish and manage a structured field-insight and feedback loop, gathering input from sellers, presales and leaders before and after launch and translating it into improvements to content, training and activation strategy.
- Use adoption, engagement, learning and qualitative field insights to assess readiness and recommend post-launch reinforcement, refresh or intervention.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch milestones, dependencies, reviews and approvals so enablement deliverables are accurate, aligned and ready for the field at the appropriate time.
- Use AI and enablement technology routinely across platforms such as Copilot, Claude, Jasper and Seismic to accelerate content development, create role-play and learning experiences, improve workflows and scale repeatable delivery.
- Identify practical opportunities for automation and reusable assets, including agents, prompts, templates and workflows, while applying sound judgement and appropriate content governance.
- Produce internal deal-win success stories and practical examples by gathering seller input and converting field experience into reusable learning for the sales organization.
- Mentor and guide more junior team members, sharing best practice in enablement strategy, facilitation, content standards, stakeholder management and ways of working.
What you Bring:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, product marketing, sales readiness, learning and development, or a relevant sales-facing role, with a proven record of leading initiatives end to end.
- Proven experience creating enablement strategies for GTM or solution launches and translating launch priorities into field-ready plans, content, learning and activation.
- Strong understanding of sales readiness, sales processes, frameworks and methodologies, and how enablement supports consistent seller execution.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product or Portfolio leadership, GTM Readiness and Product Marketing in a global matrix organization.
- Confident communicator and facilitator with the ability to lead sales sessions and communicate clearly with senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to capture complex requirements, challenge incomplete briefs constructively and turn diverse source material into clear sales playbooks, learning and activation deliverables.
- Strong content-creation and curation skills across sales playbooks, presentations, e-learning, video, knowledge assessments, role-play and field communications.
- Experience applying adult-learning and learning-design principles to create engaging, practical and measurable seller-learning experiences.
- Technology and AI savvy, with confidence using AI routinely across different platforms and the curiosity to learn new tools, create agents or prompts and improve processes through automation.
- Experience with sales enablement or content platforms such as Seismic and working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Ability to use field feedback, adoption data and learning signals to identify gaps, improve programs and recommend reinforcement actions.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple launches, stakeholders, deadlines and dependencies in a fast-paced global environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft application suite, especially PowerPoint; video-editing experience with tools such as Microsoft Clipchamp and Synthesia is valued.
- Bachelor's degree
- Based in EST
