Position Title: Production Worker
Wage: $17.25 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm Get moving, build your skills, and grow with us! Join our team in Edwardsville, KS as a Tire & Wheel Assembly Associate. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble and mount tires, inspect products for quality, and help keep our distribution center running safely and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that keeps you on your feet and moving throughout the day, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and take pride in doing quality work, you'll have the opportunity to learn production machines, expand your skills, and grow within the team. And as you grow into the role, you'll receive a raise after hire-on, giving you the opportunity to build valuable skills while increasing your earning potential. Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications. - Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met. - Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Production Worker Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. May also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire. - Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred but not required. - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks.
