Dean of College of Business Job Description
The Trulaske College of Business has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Consultant to be a trusted advisor, working closely with faculty, staff, and leaders to support the effective administration of HR policies, processes, and programs. The Human Resources Consultant work collaboratively with college leadership, Shared Services, and university HR partners to recommend solutions, improve processes, ensure compliance, and deliver effective HR services that support the college's mission. Duties include but are not limited to: Human Resources Operations and Administration Employee Relations Employee Experience and Performance Management Recruitment Compensation and Classification Compliance, Programs, and Process Improvement Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
* A strong focus on customer service and ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with key faculty and staff leaders. Anticipated Hiring Range
