Key Responsibilities



  • Define and maintain enterprise reference architectures, design patterns, and multi-year strategic roadmaps across authentication, authorization, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Drive advanced architectural solutions for Privileged Access Management (PAM) using leading platforms like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or HashiCorp, and orchestrate identity federation across hybrid environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) to integrate enterprise systems, APIs, and SaaS platforms using modern protocols.
  • Ensure all identity solutions adhere to stringent regulatory standards and frameworks, including SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST, and Zero Trust guidelines.
  • Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and procurement analyses for next-generation identity and access management products and tooling.
  • Provide expert technical mentorship to IT implementation teams, establishing best practices for secure integration, coding standards, and lifecycle management.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • 8+ years of experience with Active Directory.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
  • 4+ years of comprehensive understanding and practical experience with identity and access management controls.
  • Strong practical mastery of identity standards and protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, and ABAC.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience architecting identity solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial services (SOX, PCI-DSS).
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or vendor-specific certifications (Microsoft, CyberArk).
