Salary Range: $50,907.00 to $65,686.00 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions. Summary Extended Studies Academic Outreach | High School Programs is an auxiliary unit that operates to extend the resources of the university to the community and beyond by providing highquality undergraduate and graduate courses for traditional and non-traditional students, as well as credit and non-credit professional and personal development experiences. The Academic Services Professional is the primary customer service specialist to provide information and problem solving for internal and external audiences regarding a variety of courses/programs offered through Extended Studies Academic Outreach | High School Programs. This position provides operational support by utilizing various University systems. The Academic Services Professional assists in managing the Noncredit programs and provides operational support for the High School Programs. In addition, this position serves as the primary HR and Financials Liaison for Extended Studies Academic Outreach department. Essential Functions The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: 10% Customer Service
30% Operational Support
20% Extended Studies Program Support
20% High School Program Support
10% Human Resources Support
10% Financial & Procurement Support
