On-Site Manager

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for call center operations and client management.
• Supervise team leads and support agents to ensure service level goals are met.
• Manage escalated customer and dealer inquiries, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Monitor communication channels including phone, email, and online support platforms.
• Oversee training, coaching, quality assurance, and employee development initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend operational improvements.
• Lead special projects, system transitions, and process improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with IT regarding user access, system updates, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of college coursework completed.
• Knowledge of automotive electronic parts catalogs required.
• Ability to learn and retain information related to new vehicle models, technical campaigns, parts, and accessories.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
• Excellent phone and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Previous call center leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
