Campaign Analytics & Reporting Specialist
Location:
Burbank, CA
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM; onsite
Pay: $42.00 - $47.00 per hour

Job Summary
The Campaign Analytics & Reporting Specialist will support an internal media buying team with campaign reporting, dashboard maintenance, data reconciliation, and performance insights across paid media channels. This role will produce recurring campaign recaps, reconcile campaign delivery and spend against media plans, and identify performance trends or issues while campaigns are active. The ideal candidate combines hands-on paid media experience with strong analytical, SQL, spreadsheet, and communication skills and can translate campaign data into clear, actionable narratives.

Job Responsibilities



  • Produce recurring campaign performance recaps using established templates and reporting processes.
  • Maintain and update performance dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Pull, organize, and analyze data from analytics platforms to support campaign reporting and insights.
  • Reconcile campaign delivery and spend against established media plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, anomalies, and issues requiring attention.
  • Analyze campaign data to explain performance changes and potential drivers from a paid media perspective.
  • Translate quantitative findings into clear narratives that communicate what happened, why it happened, and what it means for campaign performance.
  • Support reporting across paid social, programmatic, display, web, and mobile campaigns.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from the broader media team.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across campaign reporting and dashboards.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting paid media campaigns across web and mobile channels, including paid social, programmatic, display, or similar.
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), such as Kochava, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics, including reach, frequency, CPM, CTR, VTR, and conversions.
  • Strong SQL skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate findings into clear business narratives and actionable insights.
  • Experience reconciling campaign delivery and spend against media plans.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, performance dashboards, and recurring reporting processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and prioritize competing reporting requests.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools preferred but not required.
