Overview
VTG is seeking a MANAGEMENT ANALYST III (FIAR Compliance Manager) to provide Product Support management / planning and execution support for the V-22 Joint Program Office PMA-275 performing Department of War Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) for Product Support. Report directly to the Government FIAR Compliance / Property Governance Lead within the V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275). Primary duties will be to assist the Lead in overseeing and managing the operational and strategic aspects of the property governance program to ensure efficient, effective and auditable accounting of all V-22 resources per compliance regulations. What will you do? FIAR Compliance Management Analyst III shall provide Property Management support to the Government Team Leads by: * Providing infrastructure expertise to ensure PMA-275 has a single point of contact for FIAR Compliance reporting, action items and strategic planning * Being responsible for compliance with all current and future FIAR regulations as they pertain to V-22 Joint Program Office Property Management * Perform proactive Lifecycle management to identify and flag disposition and excess property issues early, reducing the need for unnecessary storage fees and inventory accounting * Performing Floor-to-Book / Book-to-Floor audits at property sites to validate inventory reporting levels and storage compliance * Focus PMA-275 efforts on Total Asset Visibility across the full spectrum of PMA-275 Property and support Government Lead activities to reach a compliant state. * This position will require travel approximately 35% of the time. Do you have what it takes? Education: BS or BA degree. Allowable Substitution: An additional five (5) years of customer experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Experience - At least three (3) years of experience in DoW property management / resource reporting and inventory management support. Experience must demonstrate the ability to perform independent work to provide property management support in support of DoW weapons systems and equipment. Work hours will be in direct support of the client; therefore, hours may be fluid at times in order to meet customer/operational requirements. Work schedule flexibility is required. DESIRABLE SKILLS/ABILITIES: Highly proficient with the Microsoft Professional Office Suite including Microsoft Teams, Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, and Project; well-developed written and oral communication skills; ability to assess established business processes, identify/document business process problems and recommend business process improvement initiatives; strong team building skills and ability to support a highly integrated network of team members required to successfully execute the V-22 property governance mission. Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay $100,000-$145,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range. | |
