We are seeking a Clinical Leader to join our team in Harrsiburg, PA supportingDauphin County.

Starting salary of $75,000, plus mileage reimbursement.

Position Details

The Program Director provides leadership and oversight for an assigned program, ensuring quality service delivery, effective operations, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. Reporting to the Senior Director or Director, this position leads and develops staff, oversees program operations, and supports strategic initiatives and continuous quality improvement. This role may also maintain a caseload and provide direct services as needed.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily program operations, service delivery, and compliance with Merakey policies and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop program staff, including performance management and professional development.
  • Coordinate recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and staffing needs.
  • Monitor program budgets, P&L, and financial performance.
  • Support program evaluation, quality improvement, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support community outreach and program marketing.

Required Experience



  • Masters degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline including, but not limited to, psychiatry, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, or activity therapies
  • 3+ years of clinical experience working with adults with SPMI(Serious and persistent mental illness)
  • 2+ years of administrative/supervisory experience


Preferred Experience



  • License eligible (LCSW, LSW, LPC, or LMFT)

    • All field work and course work is completed, but haven't yet passed exam


  • Certified Peer Specialist Supervisor, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
