Our Scent business creates fragrances for fine fragrance, personal care, home care, and fabric care products. We combine consumer insights, technical expertise, and creative excellence to deliver fragrance experiences that inspire consumers and strengthen brands worldwide.

You will join a collaborative, creative, and innovative perfumery community passionate about developing the next generation of fragrance talent. Working closely with experienced perfumers, evaluators, scientists, and commercial teams, you will gain exposure to the full fragrance creation process in a dynamic global environment.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Participate in a structured apprenticeship program designed to develop creative and technical perfumery expertise.
• Gain hands-on experience across fragrance creation, evaluation, ingredients, and consumer understanding through rotational assignments.
• Support fragrance development activities through practical learning experiences and project assignments.
• Collaborate with perfumers, evaluators, mentors, and cross-functional partners to expand olfactive and technical knowledge.
• Apply learning through fragrance projects that strengthen creative and innovation capabilities.
• Build an understanding of fragrance ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry trends.
• Participate in mobility experiences and development opportunities that broaden business and market perspectives.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Develop the foundational capabilities required for long-term success as a professional perfumer.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Fragrance Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Biology, Business, Humanities, Arts, or a creative related discipline.
• Strong interest in fragrance creation, sensory evaluation, and olfactive learning.
• Excellent observation skills and the ability to accurately describe sensory experiences.
• Creative mindset combined with scientific curiosity and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis tools.
• Willingness to participate in rotational assignments and international learning opportunities.

• Previous laboratory experience gained through academic, internship, or professional settings.

Salary offered for this role: 85k/annually
