KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Creative Production Lead to join our Corporate Affairs organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Communications leaders and stakeholders to create innovative audience experiences that strengthen KPMG's brand, advance strategic priorities, and elevate the firm's reputation
  • Lead the development of brand-defining experiences for employees, clients, and partners, integrating storytelling, content, production, and technology to drive meaningful engagement
  • Leverage strong storytelling, interviewing, and journalistic skills to uncover authentic narratives, engage senior leaders, and translate complex ideas into compelling audience experiences
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on emerging technologies, industry trends, and engagement approaches, applying innovative solutions that enhance communications effectiveness and audience impact
  • Provide governance and strategic oversight for production capabilities, engagement platforms, and experience environments, establishing best practices and ensuring alignment with KPMG's brand standards and objectives
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in corporate communications, brand engagement, experiential marketing, event production, broadcast media, journalism, content production, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Exceptional storytelling, interviewing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, uncover compelling narratives, and translate complex ideas into impactful audience experiences
  • Strategic and creative thinking, with a demonstrated ability to turn business objectives into innovative engagement strategies, communications programs, and brand experiences; strong understanding of emerging communications trends, digital platforms, production technologies, and audience engagement practices, coupled with a curiosity for identifying and applying new ideas and approaches
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization while collaborating effectively across teams and functions
  • Resourceful, innovative, and results-oriented, with strong project management skills and a passion for continuously improving how audiences connect with the KPMG brand
  • Will work onsite at 2 Manhattan West five days per week
