This role supports the continued growth and success of PSE's Wildfire Risk Management (WRM) program by serving as a key partner in governance, regulatory reporting, documentation management, and compliance activities. The role plays an essential part in helping the Company meet federal, state, and other regulatory requirements relative to the WRM Program while supporting the safe, reliable delivery of service to our customers and communities. Working closely with colleagues across WRM, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Emergency Management, and other business units, you will serve as a trusted resource and liaison on regulatory and governance matters. The position will lead the development, maintenance/updating, and reporting requirements associated with the Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP), regulatory filings, compliance tracking, rate case support, contemporaneous decision documentation, data governance and discovery response coordination. This position serves as a steward of WRM regulatory documentation, reporting integrity, records management, and decision traceability, helping ensure filings, reports, dashboards, and communications are supported by accurate, well-documented, and auditable information. Through collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous improvement, you will help strengthen regulatory readiness, support wildfire mitigation objectives, and contribute to a resilient and forward-looking WRM program. The pay range for this position is$94,300.00-$156,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
