In this role, you will assist with food preparation, support efficient meal service, and help maintain a clean and sanitary environment that promotes the health and Join Presbyterian Healthcare Services as a team member performing routine food preparation and supporting timely, efficient meal service. You will also help maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in line with established standards and well-being of our patients and residents.

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and established procedures.
• Support timely and efficient meal service while ensuring quality and portion standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, work areas, and food service spaces in accordance with food safety regulations and organizational standards.
• Monitor and document daily records, including patient/resident meals, cafeteria meals, special events, and food temperatures.
• Operate a variety of food service and kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Follow food handling, safety, and infection prevention guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on excellent service and patient satisfaction.
