| Primary Purpose of Position |
The Research Associate leads and coordinates pregnancy-related research studies conducted under the direction of the Principal Investigator. This position manages the day-to-day administration, implementation, and oversight of clinical, epidemiological, social, and laboratory-based research activities across clinical, community-based, and research settings. Exercising considerable independence, the Research Associate collaborates with investigators, healthcare providers, research staff, sponsors, and external partners to ensure research activities are conducted in accordance with approved protocols, regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice standards, and institutional policies. The position is responsible for coordinating study operations; participant recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up activities; data and specimen collection processes; regulatory and sponsor-related requirements; budget monitoring and fiscal activities; and research reporting. In addition, the position provides training and guidance to research personnel, students, and investigators while facilitating the successful completion of study objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Relevant Master's degree; or relevant BS/BA with three years of relevant work experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |

- Proficiency with scheduling applications (e.g., Outlook)
