THE ROLE: We are seeking a Director, Customer Program Management - Data Center GPU to lead AMD's most strategic hyperscale and cloud customer engagements, driving successful deployment, adoption, and expansion of AMD datacenter GPU solutions. This highly visible individual contributor role serves as the executive program leader for a portfolio of AMD's largest customers, owning complex cross-functional initiatives spanning platform development, cluster deployment, performance optimization, production readiness, and operational excellence. The Director will drive alignment across customer executive teams and AMD Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Support organizations to accelerate customer ramp, remove deployment barriers, maximize customer success, and influence future product and platform strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership through influence, strong technical credibility, and the ability to navigate highly complex customer environments without direct organizational authority. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate is an experienced customer-facing executive with a strong track record leading large-scale datacenter infrastructure programs involving hyperscale's, cloud service providers, AI infrastructure companies, and enterprise customers. They combine deep technical understanding of GPU-based computing environments with exceptional program leadership, executive communication, and customer relationship skills. They thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, build credibility with customer executives and engineering leaders alike, and drive alignment across large cross-functional teams to achieve business-critical outcomes. Experience leading deployment and operational programs for AI infrastructure, datacenter platforms, cloud services, or high-performance computing environments is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
