About the Role

A global retail and consumer brand is looking for a Project Coordinator to cover a leave of absence on a high-visibility initiative. The work centers on transforming how the company develops product and manages the data tied to it. You'll sit on a tight team of about seven and keep schedules, documentation, and communication moving.

Location & Schedule

Onsite at the client's corporate campus. 4/1 hybrid schedule. Some Fridays onsite may be required based on business needs.

Duration

Approximately 3 months from start date. Leave coverage.

What You'll Do



  • Coordinate project schedules and keep deliverables on deadline
  • Manage and maintain project data and documentation in Airtable
  • Support meeting logistics, notes, and follow-ups for the core team
  • Track action items and flag risks before they become blockers
  • Partner across a cross-functional team of roughly six others
  • Anticipate team needs and move on them without being asked


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 5+ years in a program coordinator, project coordinator, or operations coordinator role
  • Proven experience with schedule coordination and hitting deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Hands-on Airtable experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive working style


Nice to Have



  • Solid understanding of data entry and data hygiene
  • Experience with Miro
  • Cursor expertise
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how to use them to work more efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus, not required
