Site Construction Manager - Nights
Play an integral role in delivering world-class construction projects by providing site-based leadership during critical night shift operations. As Site Construction Manager - Nights, you will lead field execution activities, coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery during night operations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining project momentum, maximizing productivity, and ensuring construction activities are completed in accordance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. You will serve as a key liaison between construction, engineering, project management, contractors, and customer stakeholders while driving operational excellence across all nighttime construction activities. Purpose of the role The Site Construction Manager - Nights is responsible for directing and managing night shift construction operations to ensure successful project execution and achievement of business objectives. This role provides leadership, planning, coordination, and oversight of site activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, company standards, and regulatory requirements. You will develop a deep understanding of project objectives, customer expectations, and execution strategies while fostering a culture focused on safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
