SkillStorm develops technical talent for Fortune 100 companies and U.S. government agencies. You'll begin with 12 weeks of paid, hands-on training, working on real projects as part of a team, and then go straight to an enterprise or government client, fully productive from your first day. You don't pay for this program. It's a salaried position with a clear path from "qualified" to "deployed professional." We're looking for people at the start of their technical careers, including recent graduates and career changers with a technical background, who have the fundamentals, the motivation, and the interest in a structured route into enterprise software development. Are you a fit? You probably are if you meet these:
You'll also need a working knowledge of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and object-oriented development in a language such as Java or C#. Every applicant who meets one of those paths gets an individual review for fit. If you're unsure whether you qualify, apply anyway. That decision is ours to make, so don't rule yourself out.
