JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are seeking to hire an exceptional Drug Safety & Benefit-Risk Scientist who is analytical, collaborative and adaptable to join our Patient Safety team. This position will be based out of our US Headquarters near Atlanta, GA. About the role You will evaluate medicine safety and benefit-risk profiles across clinical development and post-approval activities. Your scientific assessments will inform evidence-based decisions, regulatory submissions and safety strategies throughout the medicine lifecycle. You will interpret complex data, communicate clear conclusions and help maintain high-quality, inspection-ready documentation. Depending on experience, you may also lead complex assessments, mentor colleagues and provide scientific guidance across projects. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that partners closely with medical, clinical development, regulatory, epidemiology and safety experts. Together, you will integrate evidence from multiple sources, support informed benefit-risk decisions and strengthen safety monitoring across the medicine lifecycle. Salary This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,600 to $164,900 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
