Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st shift, 8 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Job Duties



  • Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming inventory and materials.
  • Record inventory transactions accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory system.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged materials.
  • Properly label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
  • Track the movement of products and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist with picking, staging, and shipping activities as needed.
  • Communicate inventory issues or discrepancies to supervisors and other departments.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements



  • Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory/WMS systems.
  • Ability to perform basic math, including counting and verifying quantities.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Inventory Associate.
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel or other inventory tracking software.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
