You will be at the forefront of enhancing clarity, accessibility, and visual appeal for essential organizational communications, directly influencing strategic initiatives and executive decision-making. Your innovative approach to content and design will ensure that every message resonates, every report informs, and every digital platform empowers, contributing directly to the success and strategic direction of the company.

What You'll Do

  • Digest complex progress reports, outcomes, and milestone tracking, distilling them into concise, high-impact updates for senior leadership readouts. Synthesize technical and organizational progress into clear, narrative-driven business updates focused on outcomes and impact.
  • Design and structure internal web-based resource hubs to make materials easily accessible across the organization. Map visual architecture, page layouts, content placement, and navigation flow, leveraging generative AI creation platforms to generate, publish, and maintain team landing pages and web experiences.
  • Develop and write a high-level, company-wide newsletter highlighting priorities, progress, and storytelling initiatives. Draft executive memos, team communications, and resource copy with high business-writing rigor, ensuring all messaging aligns with the company's tone, style, and brand standards.
  • Utilize prompt engineering to generate visuals, banners, and layouts for web pages, presentations, and newsletters via generative AI tools. Coordinate with data analytics teams when specialized data visualization is required.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven ability to digest dense project management/operational data and condense it into clear, executive-ready narratives and briefs.
  • High proficiency in prompt engineering and utilizing generative AI tools to draft content, generate graphics, and build web pages rapidly.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Keynote (or strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with an ability to transition).
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, UX layout, and navigation structure for web environments (no programming or HTML coding required).

Bonus Points

  • Background in corporate communications, editorial writing, journalism, or business operations.
  • Hands-on experience with traditional design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch).
