Now Hiring for a Manufacturing Recruiter Location: Westbury, NY (Remote) Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST Position Type: Temporary (Approx. 6 Months) Help build high-performing teams and make an impact from day one. We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for production, skilled trades, and technical positions across the U.S. and Canada. This approximately 6-month assignment offers a remote work environment with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule in the future. Job Duties Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across the U.S. and Canada. Source active and passive candidates through social media, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases. Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, and interview coordination. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies. Prepare offers, coordinate background checks, and support onboarding activities. Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices. Represent the organization at hiring events and career fairs. Support talent acquisition and HR initiatives while contributing to process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1.5 years recruiting for manufacturing or skilled trade positions. Strong sourcing and talent attraction experience. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ATS platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
