Job Duties Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor Perform quality checks on the completed output Package finished goods for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to meet production goals with limited supervision. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks. Good hand-eye dexterity for handling tools, equipment, and product components.
