Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes, Chuckers, and Swiss screw machines Perform close tolerance machining to meet exacting specifications Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards Inspect parts using measuring tools to verify accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferrred. Technical school, machining certificate, or CNC programming education preferred. Experience Requirements Previous CNC machining experience preferred but not required. - Will train the right person. Experience operating CNC lathes, Chuckers, Swiss screw machines, or similar equipment is a plus. Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerances. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and move throughout the workday. Frequent use of hands for operating machinery and inspection equipment. Ability to handle metal and plastic components safely. Capable of performing repetitive production and inspection tasks. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
