Schedules Available: Training will be on 1st Shift

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
• 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM
• 3rd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor multiple production machines
• Manufacture parts according to quality and production specifications
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring equipment
• Follow work instructions, control plans, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure products meet accuracy and consistency standards

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.
• Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations.
• Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Standing for 8-12 hours depending on shift.
