This opportunity is based on a Material Handler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Pick the correct accessories and quantities for customer orders. Load, organize, and secure products onto pallets for shipment. Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before staging. Maintain organized inventory and clean work areas. Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures at all times. Assist with inventory handling and material movement throughout the facility. Learn and operate a forklift after completing training and receiving authorization. Support warehouse operations to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial. Education Requirements No specific education requirements. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and counting skills preferred. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn forklift operation is required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move materials throughout the shift. Capable of performing repetitive warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, carry, and organize products and materials safely.
