Skills to Succeed Completion of at least a 1-year formal apprenticeship or welding training program or a 2-year welding program from an accredited institution (may substitute 2 years of related experience for 1 year of education; substitution does not count toward experience requirement) 4+ years of hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Flux welding Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts Ability to liftup to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift Why Join Our Crew Solid Weekly Wages: Paid on time, every time. Safe Shop Vibes: Work with confidence, safety on lock Job Duties Perform routine MIG, TIG, and Stick welding operations according to specifications. Fabricate and prepare parts through grinding, cutting, fitting, tacking, and welding. Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Assemble welded components and install assemblies as required. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions. Assist with setup, adjustment, and maintenance of welding equipment. Maintain accurate timecards, job assignments, and production records. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with supervisors, lead welders, and team members to meet production goals.
