The Leave of Absence (LOA) Coordinator provides operational and service support across our People Solutions team, with a primary focus on Leave Administration. This role supports the day-to-day administration of leave programs and helps family members navigate leave-related processes, while also providing support across other People Solutions functions based on business needs. The role can be based in several CLA locations. While Leave Administration will be the primary area of responsibility, this is a cross-functional role and is not limited exclusively to leave-related work. The LOA Coordinator will develop knowledge across People Solutions processes and programs and may shift or expand support to other functional areas based on service volumes, team priorities, and evolving business needs.
