A valid state driver's license. Knowledge of governmental accounting regulations and procedures and of accounting practices and procedures. High degree of written communications skills. High degree of public relations skills. Ability to work with Microsoft applications. The operation of computers and other different office equipment. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, maintain confidentiality, perform accounting functions, direct, review and evaluate activities of others, and to possess mathematical analytical ability. | |
