This role will support multiple business-critical initiatives by providing program leadership, stakeholder coordination, change management, and execution support across a complex cross-functional environment. The successful candidate will combine clinical trial experience, strong program management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and adopted across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Principal Clinical Data Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to implement new Data Review processes and capabilities.Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication strategies.Coordinate activities across key clinical stakeholders.Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.Support change management and adoption activities.Facilitate governance meetings and leadership updates.Monitor program progress and risks.Develop presentations and implementation materials for leadership.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.8+ years of clinical research experience.Experience leading cross-functional programs or process implementations.Strong understanding of clinical trial execution and clinical data management.Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.Strong program management and change management skills.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsMedical device clinical trial experience.Experience with clinical data review processes.Experience supporting global organizations.PMP, Prosci, or similar certification.Advanced degree (MS, MBA, MPH, or equivalent).Critical CompetenciesClinical Trial & Data Management KnowledgeProgram & Project LeadershipStakeholder InfluenceChange ManagementExecutive CommunicationCross-Functional CollaborationProblem Solving & Decision MakingExecution & Results Orientation Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Start Time (AM/PM) 9:00 AMEnd Time (AM/PM) 5:00 PMCategory Professional ServicesDate of Manager Spotlight Call or Exception Reason Will Schedule if one is needed | |
